In a recent interview with IGN, [Bioshock creator Kevin Levine] is sharing a few more tidbits on the project, including word that the Vita title will be a brand-new game.
"That is going to be strange and surprising to people, in the same way," Levine tells IGN. "I think when we launched Infinite, people said, 'Wait, what, what are you doing?' I think we always want to surprise people. If I'm just saying, 'Here's BioShock 1 on Vita' ... Let's say we potentially do, you don't need us to do that, somebody could make that happen if they wanted that to happen." Source: content.usatoday.com/communities/gamehunters/post/2011/07/bioshock-creator-talks-bringing-franchise-to-playstation-vita/1I love me some Bioshock, and Levine's words suggest that a Bioshock Vita would be a fresh, new title. Many developers have been getting used to designing for touch screen platforms - I think Sony might have something with Vita if they play their cards right.

That would be awesome~ Especially since Bioshock Infinite looks really cool. Very interested to see what they do in the sky. =D
A handheld version intrigues me, mostly because of how most console games don't really have many good handheld "spin-offs" and vice versa (ie. Pokemon, kinda xD; ). =o

I have never played Bioshock. I may have to try that sometime, I also have an interest in Fallout but havent had time for that one either.

You should definitely make time for both. They are both very good games!
